Auto-Renew Terms and Conditions

  1. MONTHLY PLAN SUBSCRIBER:

    You hereby acknowledge and agree that you have subscribed to a service that automatically renews and charges you monthly. You will receive an annual reminder email or notice in your account at least 30 days in advance of your subscription signup anniversary. Unless you cancel your subscription at least five days before your anniversary, you will be charged for a renewal using the payment method on file.

  2. ANNUAL PLAN SUBSCRIBER:

    You hereby acknowledge and agree that you have subscribed to a service that automatically renews and charges you annually. You will receive an annual reminder email or notice in your account at least 30 days in advance of your subscription signup anniversary. Unless you cancel your subscription at least five days before your anniversary, you will be charged for a renewal using the payment method on file.

  3. ALL SUBSCRIBERS:

    You hereby acknowledge and consent to these terms, which:

    1. apply to all current and future services included in your iPostal1 subscription, including but not limited to new plans, additional subscriptions, added or supplemental services and features (e.g., business compliance) or any other offerings made available by iPostal1.
    2. are effective immediately and will remain in full force and effect without the need for further confirmation or re-consent, unless explicitly revoked by you in writing or as required by applicable law.
  4. HOW TO CANCEL MAILBOX ON THE WEBSITE:
    1. Log in to your iPostal1 mailbox
    2. Go to "Mailbox Settings" in the left-hand menu.
    3. Scroll down and click "Cancel Mailbox" (ensure all pertinent information is saved prior and your inbox is empty first).
    4. Confirm cancellation by pressing "OK."
    5. You will receive a confirmation email, and billing will stop.
  5. HOW TO CANCEL MAILBOX ON THE APP:
    1. Open your iPostal1 App through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store
    2. Select the three lines at the top left of your screen.
    3. Choose "Account Settings."
    4. Click "Cancel Mailbox," then "OK" (ensure all pertinent information is saved prior and your inbox is empty first).
